i'll get some pics and vid up soon. took last week off, safe to say that was a pretty sweet call. half meter and more fell mon/tues and the rest of the week had gorgeous sunshine. took down a lot of the lower down lines on gm that i've been eyeing for a while...let the good snow roll!

no worries. after skiing thursday, i assumed everything was manked out below 3000m. it was actually nice to relax in the sun for once.

are you (verbier) guys planning to see the xtreme verbier on saturday? maybe a meetup for a run or two (if that's possible on a comp day) and beer30 afterwards?

Tried to telemark today, knees screwed. Thinking of heading over to Chamonix tomorrow to pick up v3 of the Redeemers from Whitedot, just need to get permission from Jenny to see if that's on... fancy it if it is? Bring Cheryl too?

I have to work Saturday afternoon 1400-1600 so will be around for a ski in the morning and then beers for sure in the afternoon...

Dude, when the hell do you work?? Or was it you who won the 40mil€ euro-lottery?

Bumpah again, any maggots intrested in dolomiti chuting in the timeslot 10th-15th april? Would be intrested going around that bend but I am on the road with wife that are not up to that and hiring a guide for yourself is...well...way out of the budget..
Anyone have any contacts in that area? And do the guides rack the 500-800€ / day or how much for a day?
    Horizon? Bueller?

The floggings will continue until morale improves.

Hey there. I would guess a guide is around 350/day - but ours wasn't local so not 100% sure. I can ask him though - he has some friends in the area.

PM irbis, there's a chance he could be up for skiing there if he can get a flight in the area - unfortunately I can't do those dates.

A few pics from Zinal over the weekend. No snow for a number of days, warm temps most places, but still pow to be had with minimal effort:

    Jed

    Arno

    Huck_Schmuck (aka Papa Smurf)

    Craig

    JT

Jed and Arno putting tracks in a nice couloir

This is right next to a piste 4 days after the last snowfall

Did anyone decide on being in Andermatt this weekend?
If one of you are looking for someone to take a few laps with, or grab a beer, I'll be there.

That place on a weekend? A few laps is all you're lucky to get.

I'm going for a tour, somewhere.

Shit. The snow is moving east more and more... What's worse: the amount of snow seems to be declining also! I'll wait and see what happens in the upcoming 12-24h.

Might just change plans last minute and join you for a tour if that's still ok with u schnappi...

    No can do.
