I just got back from Japan today with a broken Lhasa .

Fist off , these are everything everyone says about them, I mean the good things.

I am similar in size to you & had some S7's & found them too small.
Moved onto the Lhasa 196 & am happy with the change. Completely different ski performance wise.

The Lhasa Pow 196 has been one of the easiest big skis I've been on.
I thought my 191 Goliaths were easy to ski which they were untill I got on the Lhasa Pows.
