I year ago skied with Bode and tested the Crosson skis in Big Sky. After I met with Andy and Bode. His (Andy’s) knowledge of ski design and tuning was blew me away. I remember that Bode talked in detail about how hole cut in the metal plate at the right spot on the ski made a huge difference when he raced. I bought 2 pairs of Crosson skis that he set up for me, and franlky they are great skis. I asked then if they would make a keyhole design ski. I’m thrilled that Peak is doing so,. I’m going to buy a few pairs of Peak skis. If Bode says they are an improved design, believe him. Bode’s knowledge of ski design and tuning is amazing, and resulted in a huge difference in my skiing.
