“All Time Fall Time” might be one of the more cringey mountain bike-isms, but it sure does conjure up the delicious feeling of swooping through brightly colored trees on perfect dirt. Jokes aside, Remy Metailler joined up with pro photographer and rider Mason Mashon to explore a gnarly trail in Pemberton and their relationship to the land. Mashon is of Saddle Lake Cree descent and discusses the importance of land acknowledgement in the context of mountain sports, sharing some resources we can use to learn about the indigenous lands we play on like www.maps.fpcc.ca or www.native-land.ca.
