Flylow Nina Pants - Womens small, NEW

Got these for the wife over the summer; she said they fit and wanted to keep them but now thinks they are too small for her and it's too late to return

SOLD them on another web forum for $100 + shipping.

I have these pants and they suck and I'm pissed at Flylow for making their w's product so much inferior to their ms stuff.

    Three major things.

    1) the gaiters *barely* fit over my ski boots. No zipper or velcro on the gaiters nor on the scuffs to facilitate ease of use. It's infuriating when making buckle adjustments, not good for touring at all. And there is no stretch on the material they use for the gaiter, so the pants don't flex like they should when skiing, they get tighter as you bend and move, very restrictive. I've given up on these gaiters and took a pair of scissors to them.

    2) good luck fitting a tube of chapstick let alone getting your hands in any of the pockets. They are useless. Back in the day, flyflow had great cargo pockets on the ladies' pants so you could put all kinds of snacks, tampons, wallet, whatever in the pockets; now, if you have anything in the pockets it makes the pants feel much tighter because there are no gussets on the pockets! Also super infuriating.

    3) the cheap material they use for the liners of all of the 'pockets', it's cheap taffeta, not the same wicking material they use in the m's pants. The material gets cold and clammy during any period of exertion and you can feel it. When no base layer is needed, the material still feels cold against the skin. Even if you wear a base layer, the material soaks up your sweat. It's terrible and has no business being on pants that are at this price point. Absolute junk.

I'm sorry to highlight some negatives on these pants that you're trying to sell, but I wouldn't want a maggot buying these for their wife or gf without knowing why some women will only buy M's flylow pants or other brands in general, seriously there have been complaints about this for awhile now. Their women's product is massively inferior and not the same as the m's products. I have the jacket to match and I love the jacket for the most part.

These pants were sold with not-so-subtle marketing that they make your butt look great. And yeah, they do. But functionally, they are crap.

Disclaimer: 20 years working with softgood brands at retail and wholesale & product development, ski everyday if I can.

If a woman skis these in fair weather 10 days a year or less, and doesn't tour in them, they might work as she likely won't notice the difference.

Any ski pant that makes your lady's ass look fine has to be worth the asking price of these. Maybe she likes to hang in the lodge and have drinks primarily. For $120 plus shipping buyer might get enough bonus points to get lucky multiple times and a free day with your bros. Seems like a decent deal regardless of true gnar performance.

Another free bump. The ladies in my house have these, use them in gnarly conditions and love them, so who knows?
