I cannot fly with them. On the bump they're prohibitively expensive. The Frisco Walmart doesn't appear to have them.
Where does one score these in Colorado at FMV? Asking for a friend...

I'm pretty sure you can buy those at any City Market or Safeway...at least I see a rack of 'em around here.
There is a full one sitting in a closet next to my office. If I can sneak it out past security I'll let it go for $300.

Walgreens stocks them in my area.
Sea level. Go figure.
Why do people use these? If you understand the aveolar oxygen tension equation you realize you’re throwing money away

Yeah, fuck O2, anyone know where we can propofol in Denver?

More likely the midazolam, potent benzo. By the time you feel anything from propofol you’re asleep.

Well actually, the alveolar equation is all about barometric pressure vs % oxygen inspired - thus proving that canned O2 does in fact work (as you're upping the % O2's inspired, at least to some extent). If this weren't the case, traditional supplemental O2's (i.e. a big tank) would have no use whatsoever, for emergency/medical use.
The problem is that it only works as long as you're sucking on that thing. As soon as you stop or run out (and I assume the canned stuff doesn't last very long at all, if it actually has a significant amount of flow), you're almost instantly, exactly where you were before you started, with zero further benefit.
Total waste of money. But there's a sucker (haha) born every minute.
