Every newspaper, ever.
Martha stewart living will sell your e-mail adress for anything.
This lady in my office signed up there thinking martha wouldn't do her wrong. She got 50 e-mails the first day alone.
She was pretty pissed to find out I get none from a site for a ski movie company.
Buy nice things here.

every porn site...ever...check your spam folder....
I think the hard part is finding ones that do not require a confirmation email be sent back.
one of the best things just might be posting their email address in several sleezy newsgroups so the spambots will snag them and do the work for you.
Of course, spam is easily filtered these days.
Maybe actually posting in sex chats or groups pretending to be him and asking people to write him nasty sex talk (but with clean email subject headings) would be most effective.

Listservers, listservers, listservers... Sign 'em up!
The Mollusc Listserver
The Amateur Swapping Swingers
The Heritage Foundation Listserver (very conservative Christian listserver)
A link to a handful of gay and lesbian activist listservers
Do an internet search for something like "sci-fi listserver" or "satanist listserver." Sign 'em up for the most random junk you can find.
I once signed up a friend who's inept on the computer for something like "The Daddy Bear's Listserver," which was a website for large, hairy gay men who wanted to meet other large, hairy gay men. He'd get 10 emails or so a day from big, hairy dudes (with apparently humongous genetalia by thier accounts) who were soliciting random sex acts from strangers. It took him several weeks to figure out how to unsubscribe from the listserver. My god, it was funny!
