Yes, these are the DNR step-in bindings that you can run a strap from one binding release lever, up one pant leg and down the other leg, to the other binding release lever. Clip the middle of the strap to your a belt loop or your jacket, and if you get caught upside-down in a tree well you can just pull the strap to cleanly release from the board. The bindings are kind of like sideways ski bindings, except that they ONLY release when you pull the lever. They CANNOT release while you're riding due to the camming design.
Finally sold my last snowboard and have this pair of black/grey/red DNR bindings and boots left, probably only used a dozen times (since I ski too) and in great condition. Marker only made them for a couple years and they never really took off, probably due to shitty K2 Clicker bindings giving step-in bindings a bad reputation.
The men's size 9 soft boots are the top-of-the-line DNR racing version for maximum support, but I modified them for less forward lean so they could be used on a freeride board with the rear foot nearly straight across the board. I also replaced the middle strap with a beefy Burton ratcheting binding strap for great heel hold-down. The system works great, super-quick on and off the board.
Can shoot some photos next week, anyone interested? $65 shipped for the boots and bindings - the quick-release function could be a lifesaver this year. Binding discs are for 4x or Burton 3-hole pattern.
