I ask this question on behalf of my wife.
We had a baby 11 weeks ago and she's in the process of getting back in shape. She's very strong, and already in pretty solid shape. But, with the baby, time at the gym this winter is limited at best. So, she wanted to start doing some of the Pilates/Core Workout videos. The last two that we bought she found way to easy.
I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on a Pilates/Core Workout video that's really tough.
