is there a otc pain killer that doesn't thin the blood?

I don't know the difference between asprin and tylonol (and their respective non-brand name versions). Does one of them not thin the blood?

I have a broken rib and want to reduce the pain, but I don't want an excessive amount of internal bleeding if it was to scrape other things.
