What I assume is also a massive shitfest of a movie, holding out the mother as some kind of realist heroine, unlike how she is portrayed in the book.
I had 5 hrs to kill today and read the book from cover to ending, and I proclaim it unevenly unsatisfying and godawful.
Thus ends my negative review of this book, and if I had any other choice even reading through the technical manual for a ti-80 I would take it over re-reading this suckfest.
