Project Powder - Online Snowboarding Game

Check out this free online snowboarding game that's coming out next week. It's called Project Powder and you can sign up to play it at the official site. Be sure to watch the trailer while you're the there.

The game looks really fun and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Hopefully I'll get picked to play.

Is anybody else here signing up? We should meet in game or something so I can beat you

I got into the beta!

I just downloaded the client and the servers come online tomorrow. I can't wait to start playing.

I've never actually played any of the SSX games (but played the hell out of 1080). Did any of the SSX have online multiplayer?

i think number 3 did, but the servers were taken down a while ago.. i might be wrong tho

game looks ok, ill have a quick play in the beta and see if its worth trying when it comes out fully

I LIKED SSX, so playing a game that's really similiar online for free is cool with me.

Is nobody else digging this game? I think it is better than the tracks game that seemed to be pretty popular on here and ended up going into the hall of fame.

It's official I am a now a Project Powder addict. I think the game's actually better than SSX because of the coin and battle modes, but there aren't many tracks in the beta. I need the full version now!

Ditto. I liked edg's steering better, but there are loooooooots of lines in this game. The lincoln loops and backflips with grabs make me happy...

I got into Closed Beta!! Project Powder is an awesome game...can't wait till Open Beta arrives because I want to play on the servers all day and all night!

A new fansite was launched for Project Powder called ProjectPowderHQ. It's an awesome site that has features such as a forum arcade, IRC Chat, and a wiki. Will get bigger with more game info once Open Beta arrives but the forums are great to use.
