Which intuition liner are you getting?
So which intuition liner are you getting on the group buy?
And Why?

I can't decide if I want to get the Power Wrap and put them in my Tecnica's, or if I should get the Alpine liners and put them in my Lasers...tough decision.

Why wouldn't you put the Alpine liners in the Tecnica's?

Does anyone know what the difference is between an Intuition Power Wrap or Alpine liner and the Dalbello/Intuition "ID" thermo liners? Besides the boot cut, that is?

And how are you heating them?
Sorry for the hijack, I didn't think this needed it own new thread. How are people planning on heating these. Do you have have access to those cute little ovens or just doing it at home? Or heat gun? Or blowdryer?

Ha, I just asked these same questions in the ordering thread. I can't get a hold of my local boot fitter to ask them.
I'm wondering between the Power Wrap and the Alpine for my Scarpa Matrixes.

Trady,
FWIW, I tried to get some Power Wraps into my MegaRides last spring to no avail. The cuff was just too big and I couldn't close the top two buckles, even with my chicken legs and moving the buckle positions. My boots are pretty worked and have seen a bit of deformation but it's hard for me to imagine those liners would have ever fit.
Has anyone had success getting Power Wraps to fit in megas or similar? Maybe there were the Comps but I was pretty sure they were Power Wraps. I would definitely try them in your boots locally before committing to buy.

^ Good info.
FWIW, I rock Alpine Customs in my Megarides without problems. Fit is great, really light, and the stiffness is alot better than the stock liners. I still use a Krypton tongue to beef them up though.

I am considering the group buy, but the ID liner is unvailable through that method. The going rate for a boot fitter baking a liner is about $50, and my local boot fitter says he can put me in a baked ID liner for $199. So unless you bake them yourself, you would only be saving $50 through the group buy, and you wouldn't get the ID liner or the good will of the boot fitter.
