I hate to say it, but I think this will be a landslide. Good stuff all around though.

I did not vote for me, not sure if that makes me honest, a loser, or both.

On a serious note I noticed that of all the pictures my colors "pop" the least. Do I need to start using a UV filter or finally learn how to post process my images or something completely different?

It could be something as simple as where you uploaded the file to.

Notice that only your photo of the above 5 was uploaded through TGR, so maybe your picture is being compressed, and thus drained of its "pop".

How does it look on your screen, before you upload it?

The photo hosting service can effect the quality of the image? Holy crap I still have a lot to learn.
These pictures were actually uploaded to flickr then down to my work computer then up to TGR. Flickr was just an easy way to get them to work. I just checked my settings and yeah flickr shrinks my images down to 1600 max width. Then TGR shrinks it down to 800 (I think). Time to stop doing that.
I am going to take a look at the original image when I get home and see if I can notice a difference.

    Thanks for the help.

If it makes you feel any better, I used a P&S for my picture- no filter or anything, and not a whole lot of post processing either.

I took my first swipe at post processing (other than following a specific set of instructions used to create a stencil ala my avatar) yesterday and quickly found that two clicks of the mouse could have drastically improved my picture (cooling filter). It was cool to know that the option is there but also made me realize how easy it would be to continue taking crappy pictures and just assuming that I can fix them afterwards. I don't think I am going to start down that road for a while yet.
