How long to wait before calling someone out?
So? What says the collective? How long do I wait for my stuff, or confirmation that my shit was even sent before I call them a thief?
Agreed on a purchase price, and paid via Paypal on July 11.
August 14, I sent a message wondering about shipping info. I was told they didn't get an address for me, even though it was included with my payment. I re-sent my shipping information.
September 6, I inquired about shipping info again. No response.
Today is October 2. I have sent another message as to the whereabouts of my skis.
When do I name names?

When your dealing with money i'd execpt same week tracking info or ship date. More than a week with non contact is out of line. Your going on three months. Its time to name names.

I understand that customs sucks, and stuff gets hung up, but I just purchased a pair of 150 Scratch BCs for a friend from Wstdeep on September 16, and they arrived on Friday.

Your most immediate leverage was a Paypal dispute within 45 days of the initial payment. You may be out of luck on that front since it sounds like it's past that. Why would you wait so long to wonder if the deal was legit? No shipping info in a week or 1 1/2 and I'd be likely to dispute it.

If you paid via credit card you should be able to file a dispute with you VISA/MC/AMEX directly. PayPal will charge back the transaction fees to the seller.

Unless it's coming from Mongolia via musk ox you should have called bullshit within two weeks of sending paypal (allowing travel time and no tracking info). No comms or return of comms ? This shit for brains is a moron. Now the questions is; are they also a thief? Either way tell us their name so we can help and also avoid the same trap.
