But I got a POV-1 for last week's heli trip, anyway. This is a couple of minutes of tree skiing in the Selkirks

Eh, nicely spaced trees, long sustained pitch, knee deep or better...

Fuck that man, I stay on the groomed. Cord is where it's at.

Looks like YOU enjoyed it tho, I guess that's what counts

It looks much, much better before youtube. About a minute into the clip you can just barely see some sluff flowing in the YouTube version. It's very clear in the original.

    nice footage!

It looks like you are using the standard lens and not a retrofitted wide angle, correct?

Also, is the camera mounted using the universal and goggle mount because it seems less shaky than my duct tape jobber on my POV 1

Standard lens. I used the mount that came with the camera, some velcro wrapped around my goggle strap, and some cable ties. I'm not particularly happy with it, but it seems OK.

That was pretty sweet Mr. Suit. Thanks for the ride.

The only parts I saw that sucked were where I would have gone around 2 stumps and 4 trees on the other side. Can you go back and do it as soon as it snows again?

    Good fun.

Is that a perk of the job? How many days of paid Heli do you get a year?

I should just claim that I'm comfortable with my lack of rad, but the truth is that when I pussed out in the middle of that run, I was thinking "all the forum peeps are going to laugh at me if I post this."

I have a very fragile ego.

I'm lazy. I'd rather spend money than get tired.
