Nice, B!!
I tried Shasta years ago on the first anniversary of my Dad's death. I was so ill prepared - had had foot surgery about 5 months earlier and was in piss poor shape. It kicked my ass, and I didn't make it past about 12,500. I'd be up for trying again.
Nice pix, and glad you did it!!

Nice license plate statement.
Nice job.
Noice! Which route did you take? obviously, not the main-slog of avy gulch/cassaval ridge, as i saw you guys were packing ropes and had a pic of a glacier. was that upper whitney glacier?
also, what route did you descend? thx for sharing the pics/stoke! i love that mtn, especially the 7k descent![]()

What about next weekend? I’m bummed that I can’t rally up there tomorrow.Originally Posted by Telenater

You thinking the weekend of the 8th or the weekend of the 15th? I might be able to spring one or the other free (but I really should be on my mountain bike).Originally Posted by Greydon Clark

Nice report Walter!
I put it on upside down and then I couldn't get it off to re-apply. Since it's the front license plate no one cares.Originally Posted by steepconcrete
