Yes, I got that survey too and took it.
Interesting theme. Like a lot of us, I consume the discussion more than the straight up rating - especially if mod or considerable. (Although High quickly scares me away.) The discussion (plus trend I’d say) is where the degree of certainty lies.
Although for us CO PWL folks, the uncertainty is always lurking down there and around the edges!
