How come NZ doesn't at least put up guard rails on the roads up to the major resorts? Those roads get pretty dangerous in bad weather and they have huge drops off them...For a place heavily based on tourism it seems pretty reckless...
I was driving down from treble cone a few years ago on a bluebird day and a car two cars in front went around a switchback. By the time we had come around the corner ppl were running to the edge of the road. They had gone off and dropped a couple 100 metres...

Dude there are 2 ski resort roads in the entire country that are paved - aka tar sealed. Guard rails? ha!
They just like seeing the fresh from Auckland, scared out of their fucking minds tourists to drive in the middle of the road.
Okok, so when do we get to see NZphotoslave's a-stock already? come on miles give it up. I know you have some more posters and brochure covers for Remarkables in there somewhere......
it's 90-100 degrees over here, help a brother get through a desert summer!
