The stuff that reaches Habitat is insane, perfectly good Wolf stoves that have been used for like 15 hours, etc, etc.

I like the restores that have people ripping out 150 year oldgrowth or donating 150 year old tools.

Skip the one in Spokane then. There's a good number of old houses here, but it seems like people take everything to the dump when they remodel. It's ridiculously difficult to find old hardware or anything like that

that could be store policy, they don’t seem to have that stuff and they won’t accept it even if you bought it from them. They don’t want picker types and an eclectic mix of stuff, they want a dollar store for home improvement vibe.

Yo S, just curious if there is a way to make it structurally sound enough to do away with it you suppose if it was built without the column originally in mind? It sure juts out a long way but I agree with you for aesthetics.

    Beautifully redone?

"Back in the market! Beautifully redone property in the city of Compton. This property was completely redone in 2021. This house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a 1 car attached garage and a generous driveway way that can fit several vehicles. The house also features a tankless water heater. You have to see it for yourself to truly appreciate."

The google street view is frightening, the tarped over party yard is clutch.

Heh. Just re watched Friday two days ago. $465k for a Compton shithole with a fridge in the living room.
I’ve just decided to be a middle aged somewhat depressed somewhat anxious fucktard until the end.

For $465k, my living room fridge has to be stainless!

I would definitely rather rent (or leave LA) than pay 465k for that
