Out of curiosity about how many people have been killed by wolves in the past 10 years in North America?

Actually, it turns out the dick bag moron didn't have an "assault rifle". However, I have a few "assault rifles", a "sniper rifle" a "sniper pistol" a "silencer" and a few handguns. And some regular old non-scawey firearms. I love wolves. In fact I wish there were more around here. Hell - I wish we had dragons and Grendels around here. The world needs more stuff that scares the piss out of dumb rednecks.

In response to 13's question - I believe that number is zero. I wish it were a lot higher.

So far only six people shot in the opening weekend of WI's gun deer season - no fatalities. Yet. On guy was shot in the leg in his tree stand. Ok - even taking into account an errant wild round - how does I guy dressed in blaze orange sitting 20 + feet up in a tree get shot in the leg?

One guy sitting in a tree stand shot himself in the hand playing with his .45 I bet that leaves a mark. Wisco's a odd place during deer season.

Yeah, but the stats are not complete. I need a break down of how many shot themselves, how many shot other hunters, and how many shot not-hunters

We had a guy get shot here last weekend. Some prick from CO dressed in full camo, not wearing any orange. He was on the other side of a buck that was running while a guy from around here shot at it. Missed the buck, and hit the CO guy in the thigh.

Merikans wanting to hunt, must first complete the 1 day a year hunting of each other. Then things would be a little more right in my world.

Sure, since hunting and Agriculture are synonymous.

I'm not saying I agree with liv2ski, but come on.

Maybe a Buck tag value should be based on the points on the rack. You buy a tag, then show what you shot to the state and get charged more for a trophy? I honestly don't care, however. You shoot it I'll eat it. Had some great Montana Elk back-strap on Wednesday night.

Is the main goal not to put meat on the table? Sure, a nice rack on the wall is important to many hunters, but meat in the freezer is still the main goal 99% of the time.

No, meat's the rationalization. Usually spoke with the same "saving money" mindset that their stupid wives excuse buying crap "because it's on sale"
