EC...it's all true
somebody turned on the lake effect machine! woke up to 5" in the valley this morning but looked like a foot new up top Sugarbush. It was about 10 degrees so snow was nice n dry. The reports are true...

The loaf was damn good today too, best day of skiing I've had this season. Near boot top deep in some spots, and no one was skiing east of spillway because of the thin cover signs. For a season so far with no big storms its been pretty damn good. bluebird to boot.

over 8 inches
Some of the dryest snow I've ever seen here. So that's why the Valley won't be open until Thursday. It won't stick but the man made will.

Smuggs will open madonna this weekend and conditions should be good enough to get into the trees for some pow. They've gotten about a foot in the past week. With the possibility of snow showers later this week Thurs, Fri and Sat, Sun.
