Utah mini bc day?
Who's interested for friday? We had talked late summer about a Uintas sled day. What happened to that?

Guys and gals, Track can take you on too some really good stuff, if you want it bad enough. Got out early enough to get back to GMD around 4:30 ish if you can.
Please don't make this good man desparate!! He just needs a few good souls to head out on yet another epic adventure!!
disclaimer: been living it up through the videos of many trips including some in my old back yard. I have met him and he is all about it. You are guaranteed a good time!!!"boobs just make the world better really" - Woodsy

Don't worry about me. I can always troll around the gutter of downtown SLC for a suitable partner.

That is not the totally upbeat guy I know every time we conversate.
Get Cololi out with ya and Powstash. Cololi needs to go with you on a good one, but remember he has twin boys so you two be careful.
Gramps may show last minute.
APD? Hope stuff is better than I read and assumed.
If I had the experience, gear and ...... I would be there in a second. I like free."boobs just make the world better really" - Woodsy

Ha! Gramps will go, he's addicted to that place. I saw his face when he was looking back at Bald Peak after the descent. Hooked, like a junky shooting heroin.

Yes, the rumors are true, I will be down for Friday. Last final on wednesday, party wednesday night, family in town Thursday, ski the Uintas on Friday! Let's hope your optimistic predictions of good corn snow are correct... I think that's the best we can hope for at the moment

Redbaron's forecast calls for bluebird friday. Think about it, no crowds, bluebird day, corn snow, huge peaks for as far as the eye can see.
Skin up one peak, ski down the back, repeat until dark. Drink a beer when it's all done.

Considering this trip. Wellsvilles on the mind as well. Less driving since I have to go to MT Sat. Morning.
There's a world out there full of color, dreams, and imagination. What are you waiting for?

with my right arm and hand in a cast, i can't even drive the sled for you.
but going bc with trackhead again, is at the top of my to do list after i heal up!!! it's really that good.I want a 6" travel 20lb MTB. I found the 20lb MTB, but only good for riders under 87 pounds.

Bump to try to get Xover's ass of Collins for a day.
It's me and Gramps so far.
ARE YOU FUGGIN KIDDING ME, A MILLION MAGGOTS, AND NOBODY BITES!!!
It's going to hopefully be a multi peak day. Looking at mellower lines. Weather will be nice. It will not have snowed for over a week, which is nice for the Uintas snowpack stability. I'll get an updated avie forecast on wednesday.
With one sled, I have room for four people. Me, Gramps, ?, ?. If you haven't toured much this year, no problem. Ski a peak, go back to the sled and fire up the barbecue and drink a couple beers. I'd like to have a full day back there.Last edited by Trackhead; 12-14-2004 at 09:51 AM.

Pending on what time we come back, i'd be in. I think we have a dinner appt. at 7. Jen says she understands but everyone knows what that means.

OK. Let's leave earlier.
Xover and Gramps can carpool. Me and you carpool. We get back to the sled at 3pm at the LATEST! Then Xover can be on the road in Evanston by 4pm and make his time frame, and you and I will be back by 6pm or whatever.
I always talk trash about skiing all day, but remember Hayden? We were DONE after that day. So one or two peaks is plenty of ambition.
Both trips there this year we were back at the car/sled by 2:30PM with a complete day behind us.Last edited by Trackhead; 12-14-2004 at 02:28 PM.

I have no idea if I'm working friday or not, but if I'm off, I'd like to go. All I have is alpine trekkers and alpine boots, so I may be slow. I should know by tommorow if I can go.
