So right after I posted that a friend expressed interest... gonna give her the first shot at it but will let you know.

After seeing your post I did a little investigating. Mind you, this camera body, two lenses, and a couple of filters cost me well over $1000 back in the day ('98 or '99, I think). I saw a similar camera on amazon for $399, but I know there's all sorts of overpriced stuff there that will never sell. Then I searched closed ebay auctions and was saddened to see these puppies going for under $100. I haven't actually read any of the descriptions yet so I don't know if they had things wrong with them. But if that's really all this is worth any more I assume my friend will want it, but I'll let you know. Meanwhile you may want to check out some of those amazon auctions.[/blog]
