Also, why no watermark on the photo? I thought that it was pretty standard procecure to watermark your photos when you shop them around, then when someone actually agrees to pay for them you forward them the original images?

These guys sound like dickbags and I hope you are compensated for your time and frustration, but it does kind of sound like a two way street. Didn't the CEO offer to take the image down in the original email? I see no mention in the emails of you asking him to do that?
