For u spring bindings there's always atk trofeo or trab gara Titan (neither have purple options unfortunately).

Gen1 was definitely pretty low, I have just barely been able to make it work with a med-high instep. Again Gen2 is supposed to be better but I've never worn one.

I also have always had issues on sth heels. I ski a 9 on pivots or marker royals but have to turn the heel up +2 on sth heels to keep from just walking out of them randomly.
