AKBruin's suggestion of Marin is actually the best riding. Way better than Diablo. Only problem is you have to drive to get there, cross a bridge, and if you're following the rules, get a day pass...

From the top it's called "Summit Trail."

There is a section called Oyster Point that is legal, that's a better ride and doesn't involve starting from the peak.

I'm having a similar dilemma. Just got some Goliath Sluffs for an everyday ski and can't decide between putting 914s, that I have, on them or get Dukes. I'm a backcountry noob but was thinking about...

I have K24s and Megas on my 2 bikes. I was previously on Juicy 7s and Hayes and won't ever use anything other that Formula now. Huge fan now. Modulate so well and huge stopping power.
